Kim Bum & Yoo Seung Ho

Kim Bum & Yoo Seung Ho - The Next Drama Heartthrobs
I personally like these two young actors, they're really talented and good looking. I think they can easily be the next Yonsama, Song Seung Hun, Lee Byung Hun or Kwon Sang Woo.

"I recently made the comparison between Kim Bum in East of Eden (”little Song Seung-heon”) to Yoo Seung-ho in Legend (”Korea’s Little Brother,” with his So Ji-sub-ian looks), and now they’re starring in a film together.

The film is titled “71” and takes as its backdrop real events of the Korean war, in particular the August 10, 1950, incident at Pohang in north Gyeongsang province. Combat had broken out between several hundred soldiers from North Korea and 71 young student soldiers defending their homeland over a 12-hour period, which would later prove to be a pivotal moment marking a reversal in the war.

The 19-year-old Kim Bum will take on the role of a young man who conveys leadership and judgment beyond his years as the commander of the student troops, who had only received basic training and were unable to receive the support of the national army.

Fifteen-year-old Yoo Seung-ho plays one of the 71 student soldiers who does his best to retain his warmth and humanity in the midst of battle.

I’m usually not one for war movies (so depressing), but this sounds awesome. (Really, I’m getting a little verklempt just thinking about it.) Filming will begin early next year.
